Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FEE
Standard shipping fee: $4.99
We offer free shipping for orders over $45 anywhere in the world.

ORDER PROCESS
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. 
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

* Please allow extra 5-7 business days for custom orders

SHIPPING TIME
For US orders, it usually takes 3-10 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of US, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

TRACKING
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Inspiring Bracelet does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out-of-Stock Items 

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Inspiring Bracelet reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Inspiring Bracelet reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Inspiring Bracelet reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
